May 2009 - East-European Conference in Sovata
On 24-25 May 2009, a round table Conference was organised in Sovata (Romania) for Eastern European firms on cross-boarder investments in the Central-Eastern European region. Professional presentations were held by Dr. Tamás Balázs, attorney at law from BALÁZS & HOLLÓ Law Firm in Budapest and the new ELT member, Mr. Mikulski attorney at law from Mikulski & Wspólnicy Limited Partnership Law Firm in Krakow.
March 2009 - Hungarian-Slovakian Conference on Greenfield Investments
On 26 March 2009, the Embassy of the Slovakian Republic in Budapest organised a conference on Greenfield Investments in Hungary and Slovakia. Two law firms represented ELT by professional presentations: Stanek, Vetrák & Partners Law Firm from Bratislava and BALÁZS & HOLLÓ Law Firm from Budapest.

May 2008 - Mr. Cosmin Mocanu attended the Romanian-Hungarian round-table conference on Hungarian capital exporting, as a representative of both Balazs & Hollo Law Firm and Stratula Mocanu & Asociatii. The conference took place at the Danubius Health Spa Resort Sovata on 25-26 May, 2008. His speech presented the legal facets of capital export from Hungary to Romania, with a special focus on the Corporate, M&A and Employment issues faced by investors who wish to set up and operate a business in Romania.
